Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, undamaged, with all original packaging and any included documentation. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at sunkar.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address in Switzerland. All returns must be sent to this specific address - returns sent to any other location will not be accepted or processed.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving the return address will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
We strongly recommend insuring the package for the full purchase value, as the customer assumes all risk during return shipping until the item is received and inspected by us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sunkar.jewelry@gmail.com if your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong piece. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right - either by repair, replacement, or refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damage claims and include photographs of the issue.
In cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors on our part, Sunkar will cover return shipping costs.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange your item is to return your original ring (following the return process above), then place a new order once the return is accepted and refunded. This ensures your new ring is made to your preferred specifications.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification, in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.
As with all returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the refund, please contact us at sunkar.jewelry@gmail.com.
Refunds are issued for the original purchase price minus original shipping costs (if applicable). Return shipping costs paid by the customer are not refunded.
