Shipping Locations
Sunkar Jewelry ships worldwide, free of charge.
Certain regions and countries currently affected by armed conflict, sanctions, or other circumstances that prevent reliable delivery are excluded from our shipping services. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at sunkar.jewelry@gmail.com to inquire about shipping options.
Made-to-Order Production
All Sunkar pieces are made to order in your specified size. Production begins after your order is confirmed and takes approximately 7 days.
This means each ring is crafted specifically for you - we do not maintain inventory of pre-made rings. Please review your order carefully before placing it, as production cannot be reversed once it begins.
Order Processing and Shipping Time
After production is complete, your order is shipped using an international delivery service.
Total estimated delivery time: 12-16 days from order placement.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping Costs
Standard international shipping is free of charge on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by your country of destination. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customs charges vary by country and order value. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for specific information about your country's import regulations before placing your order.
Refusal to pay applicable customs charges or accept delivery does not entitle the customer to a full refund. Any refund issued in such cases will be net of original shipping costs and any non-recoverable expenses.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Sunkar Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing in your country
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- Public holidays or peak shipping periods
- Other circumstances beyond our control
If your order has not arrived within 25 days of placement, please contact us at sunkar.jewelry@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
Where available, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking detail and visibility vary depending on the destination country and the carrier used. In some regions, tracking may show updates only up to arrival in your country, with limited or no visibility for the final delivery stage.
If you have not received tracking information within 10 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at sunkar.jewelry@gmail.com.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, this does not necessarily mean your order is lost. International shipments can experience tracking gaps during transit and customs processing. We recommend allowing the full 16-day delivery window before contacting us.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. Sunkar Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at sunkar.jewelry@gmail.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us at sunkar.jewelry@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Because each ring is made to order, cancellations are only possible before production begins (typically within 24 hours of order placement). Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order has not arrived within 25 days of placement and tracking (where available) shows no recent updates, please contact us at sunkar.jewelry@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
For orders without tracking or with limited tracking visibility, we will work with the carrier and our shipping partners to determine the package status.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building reception
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- If still unresolved after 5 business days, contact us at sunkar.jewelry@gmail.com
Packages confirmed as delivered by carrier tracking are considered the responsibility of the customer once delivery is confirmed.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us at sunkar.jewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Do not discard the packaging until we have resolved the issue
We will work with you to either repair, replace, or refund the affected piece.
